Philodendron 'Prince of Orange

The Philodendron 'Prince of Orange' was named after its leaves which have the singularity of changing color a few times before they mature. The 'Prince of Orange' is a beautiful variety with intense orange-bronze leaves that later turn salmon. With time, the leaves take a golden tint, then light green, and once at maturity they become dark green. You can find all these colors at the same time on a plant! This makes it a very special ornamental plant.

Watering: moderate, let the substrate dry on the surface between waterings
Light: medium to indirect. Can stand direct morning sunlight for a few hours (the brighter the light, the more spectacular the colors).
Relative humidity : average
Substrate : well draining, aerated and rich, use potting soils for tropical plants : Promix or Connaisseur or our home made soil
Fertilization: once a month during the growing season
Toxicity: toxic for animals
