We deliver all year and anywhere in Canada. 

Carriers:

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and place particular importance on the delivery methods used and the speed of service. That's why we only work with reputable transport companies that offer affordable rates and allow you to track your package in real time to its final destination. When the order leaves our greenhouses, the carrier takes over your order. We are not responsible for the risks involved in transport. Please contact the transport company directly. 

You must be present when your package is delivered. It is your responsibility to send us an email before the delivery to inform us of your absence.

Delivery price:

We are pleased to announce the return of free* shipping across Canada.

Free standard shipping*.

  • Minimum purchase of 150$ and more before taxes and rebates;
  • Free shipping up to $30;
  • Delivery surcharge (for fees exceeding 30$) at the customer's expense. An invoice will be sent to you.

The prices are established according to the exact weight of the package, and not according to a pre-established charter. You can therefore be sure to pay the exact price of your order. We do business with several delivery companies, which allows us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.

Preparation of orders:

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you after confirmation of your purchase. It is impossible for us to give a delivery time with the current situation. You will then receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been processed and shipped and the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your spambox if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Orders cancellation:

Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.

Combine your order with an existing one

We offer you the possibility to combine your purchases made on our online shop only if your order is not in preparation. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined. 

Winter Expedition

During the winter months, insulation packaging + heating package are included in the transport costs. In case of extreme cold, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until suitable temperatures return.

Pickup in store:

In order to provide you with quality plants, we ask that you pick up your confirmed orders, ready for shop pick-up, within 4 days of your confirmation email. 

Returns:

All our plants are final sales. 

However, if you have received an order that is damaged, incorrect or has a phytosanitary problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@serreslavoie.com. Please Include a photo of the product, its packaging and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and let you know afterwards if we proceed with the replacement of the product or a credit note.
