Echeveria cuspidata 'Zaragosa
Echeveria cuspidata 'Zaragoza' is a succulent variety distinguished by its dense rosette and robustness. This species is remarkable for its thick, pointed leaves, which often sport deep shades of green with reddish or purplish highlights, especially when exposed to sufficient sunlight.
Origin: Like most Echeveria, 'Zaragoza' is a native of Mexico, perfectly suited to dry, sunny environments. It thrives in conditions of low humidity and can tolerate relatively low temperatures for short periods.
Growth: Echeveria cuspidata 'Zaragoza' forms rosettes up to 20 cm in diameter. The leaves are characterized by their pointed shape and thick texture, offering natural resistance to dehydration.
Flowers: This variety produces upright flower stems, above rosettes, with bell-shaped flowers that can be pink, red or orange. Flowering generally occurs in late spring or early summer.
Light: 'Zaragoza' requires bright light to maintain its color saturation and compact form. It can tolerate full sun, but protection from intense afternoon sun is recommended in very hot climates to avoid burns.
Watering: Watering should be moderate during the growing season, with the substrate allowed to dry out completely between waterings. In winter, watering should be reduced, especially if the plant is kept in a cool environment.
Substrate: A well-draining mix is essential for the health of 'Zaragoza'. A substrate for cacti and succulents, enriched with pumice and perlite, is ideal to prevent water stagnation and root rot.
Toxicity: Echeveria cuspidata 'Zaragoza' is generally considered non-toxic to humans and pets, making it safe for indoor use.

When the order leaves our greenhouses, the carrier takes over your order. We are not responsible for the risks involved in transport. Please contact the transport company directly.
You must be present when your package is delivered, as we require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to send us an email prior to delivery to advise us of your absence. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please let us know when you place your order. However, you are solely responsible for any theft or damage due to bad weather.
Delivery price:
The prices are established according to the exact weight of the package, and not according to a pre-established charter. You can therefore be sure to pay the exact price of your order. We do business with several delivery companies, which allows us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.
Preparation of orders:
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you following the confirmation of your purchase. We ship everywhere in Canada only from Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid that our parcels stay at the post office on weekends. Local delivery is available from Monday to Saturday for the greater metropolitan area. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, along with the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a confirmation email. We do not give any delivery time due to the large quantity of orders to prepare.
Orders cancellation:
Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.
Combine your order with an existing one
We offer you the possibility to combine your purchases made on our online shop only if your order is not in preparation. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined.
Winter Expedition
During the winter months, insulation packaging + heating package are included in the transport costs. In case of extreme cold, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until suitable temperatures return.
Pickup in store:
In order to provide you with quality plants, we ask that you pick up your confirmed orders, ready for shop pick-up, within 4 days of your confirmation email.
Returns:
All our plants are final sales.
However, if you have received an order that is damaged, incorrect or has a phytosanitary problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@serreslavoie.com. Please Include a photo of the product, its packaging and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and let you know afterwards if we proceed with the replacement of the product or a credit note.
