Braided Dracaena sanderiana
Braided Dracaena sanderiana, often called "Lucky Bamboo", is a particularly decorative version of Dracaena sanderiana, where several stems are braided together to create an artistic, structured form. This plant is highly prized for its elegant, Zen-like appearance, often used in feng shui to attract good luck, prosperity and harmony to living and working spaces. Its green foliage and woven stems make it both a modern and soothing decorative element.
Origin: Native to the tropical regions of Central Africa, Dracaena sanderiana is cultivated throughout the world, appreciated for its ease of care and positive symbolism. The braided version is specially prepared by growers to offer added aesthetic appeal.
Growth: Braided Dracaena sanderiana grows moderately, with height generally limited to 30-100 cm indoors, depending on growing conditions and care. The braided stems retain their shape over time and are topped with narrow, glossy leaves, adding a touch of elegant greenery to the plant.
Flowers: Braided Dracaena sanderiana rarely flowers indoors. When it does produce flowers, they are small, white or cream, and appear in clusters, but they are not the main attraction of this plant, which is mainly grown for its braided stems and foliage.
Light: This plant prefers bright but indirect light. It can tolerate low-light conditions, although its growth is slower in these conditions. It is important to protect it from direct sunlight to avoid burning delicate leaves.
Watering: Braided Dracaena sanderiana can be grown in water or soil. If grown in water, it is essential to change the water every two weeks and ensure that the roots are always submerged. If grown in soil, water regularly, allowing the substrate to dry slightly between waterings. In winter, reduce watering, but don't let the soil dry out completely.
Substrate: If grown in soil, use a mixture of potting soil for houseplants with a little perlite to improve drainage. Good drainage is essential to prevent root rot.
Toxicity: Braided Dracaena sanderiana is toxic to pets, especially cats and dogs, if ingested. It can cause symptoms such as vomiting, excessive salivation and loss of appetite. It is therefore recommended to keep it out of reach of pets.

You must be present when your package is delivered, as we require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to send us an email prior to delivery to advise us of your absence. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please let us know when you place your order. However, you are solely responsible for any theft or damage due to bad weather.
Delivery price:
The prices are established according to the exact weight of the package, and not according to a pre-established charter. You can therefore be sure to pay the exact price of your order. We do business with several delivery companies, which allows us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.
Preparation of orders:
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you following the confirmation of your purchase. We ship everywhere in Canada only from Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid that our parcels stay at the post office on weekends. Local delivery is available from Monday to Saturday for the greater metropolitan area. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, along with the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a confirmation email. We do not give any delivery time due to the large quantity of orders to prepare.
Orders cancellation:
Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.
Combine your order with an existing one
We offer you the possibility to combine your purchases made on our online shop only if your order is not in preparation. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined.
Winter Expedition
During the winter months, insulation packaging + heating package are included in the transport costs. In case of extreme cold, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until suitable temperatures return.
Pickup in store:
In order to provide you with quality plants, we ask that you pick up your confirmed orders, ready for shop pick-up, within 4 days of your confirmation email.
Returns:
All our plants are final sales.
However, if you have received an order that is damaged, incorrect or has a phytosanitary problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@serreslavoie.com. Please Include a photo of the product, its packaging and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and let you know afterwards if we proceed with the replacement of the product or a credit note.
