Sansevieria kirkii cv. Cleopatra' is an exceptionally attractive cultivated variety of Sansevieria, appreciated for its decorative foliage and compact form. Cleopatra' is the result of meticulous selection work and is known for its intricate patterns and unique leaf texture. This plant is distinguished by its thick, broad, wavy leaves, which feature a combination of dark green with lighter green horizontal markings and reddish-brown margins.
Origin: Although the parent species, Sansevieria kirkii, is native to East Africa, the 'Cleopatra' variety was specifically developed by horticulturists for its ornamental characteristics.
Growth: 'Cleopatra' is slow-growing and forms dense rosettes that can eventually expand to form larger groups. Its compact growth and elegant form make it an excellent choice for indoor spaces.
Flowers: Like other members of the Sansevieria genus, 'Cleopatra' can produce upright flower stalks bearing tubular, white or cream flowers. Flowering is rare in indoor cultivation and usually occurs on mature plants.
Light: Prefers bright indirect light but can tolerate moderate light levels. Too much direct light can cause leaf discoloration.
Watering: Requires moderate watering. Allow substrate to dry completely between waterings to avoid root rot.
Substrate: Well-draining soil is crucial. Use a succulent mix.
Toxicity: Sansevieria kirkii 'Cleopatra', like other Sansevierias, can be toxic to pets and humans if ingested, due to the presence of saponins. We recommend keeping it out of reach of children and pets.

That's why we only work with reputable transport companies that offer affordable rates and allow you to track your package in real time to its final destination. When the order leaves our greenhouses, the carrier takes over your order. We are not responsible for the risks involved in transport. Please contact the transport company directly.
You must be present when your package is delivered, as we require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to send us an email prior to delivery to advise us of your absence. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please let us know when you place your order. However, you are solely responsible for any theft or damage due to bad weather.
Delivery price:
The prices are established according to the exact weight of the package, and not according to a pre-established charter. You can therefore be sure to pay the exact price of your order. We do business with several delivery companies, which allows us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.
Preparation of orders:
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you following the confirmation of your purchase. We ship everywhere in Canada only from Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid that our parcels stay at the post office on weekends. Local delivery is available from Monday to Saturday for the greater metropolitan area. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, along with the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a confirmation email. We do not give any delivery time due to the large quantity of orders to prepare.
Orders cancellation:
Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.
Combine your order with an existing one
We offer you the possibility to combine your purchases made on our online shop only if your order is not in preparation. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined.
Winter Expedition
During the winter months, insulation packaging + heating package are included in the transport costs. In case of extreme cold, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until suitable temperatures return.
Pickup in store:
In order to provide you with quality plants, we ask that you pick up your confirmed orders, ready for shop pick-up, within 4 days of your confirmation email.
Returns:
All our plants are final sales.
However, if you have received an order that is damaged, incorrect or has a phytosanitary problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@serreslavoie.com. Please Include a photo of the product, its packaging and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and let you know afterwards if we proceed with the replacement of the product or a credit note.
