Piment Bismarck Chocolate

The Bismarck Chocolate pepper was created by Rocco Maltesi in Italy. It is the result of a cross between the Skunk Red pepper and the M.A. Wartryx. The pepper is exceptionally large, bumpy and mainly scorpion-shaped. Bismarck peppers ripen from green to red and have a good consistency. The level of heat or burn rivals other chillies supposedly the strongest in the world. If you can stand the heat, it has fruity flavor notes.
