Crassula multicava
Crassula multicava, also known as Crassula "Fairy Crassula" for its ability to spread rapidly and form a dense mat of small leaves, is an attractive, hardy succulent. It is appreciated for its ease of cultivation and its charming little flowers, which can brighten up any space during the winter months.
Origin: Native to South Africa, Crassula multicava is well adapted to dry climates and can tolerate periods of drought once established, making it ideal for rock gardens or as a pot plant.
Growth: This plant forms dense mats and can reach up to 30 cm in height, with stems that spread over the ground or rise slightly. Its leaves are small, round and bright green, sometimes with shades of purple in intense sunlight.
Flowers: Crassula multicava produces clusters of small, star-shaped flowers, usually white or pale pink, which appear above the foliage in winter or early spring. These flowers are attractive and add notable decorative interest while in bloom.
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light, but can tolerate lower light levels. However, a good amount of light is needed to encourage abundant flowering. Direct sunlight can intensify leaf coloration.
Watering: As with many succulents, watering should be moderate. Let the substrate dry out completely between waterings, and reduce watering over winter to match its dormant period.
Substrate: Use a well-draining mix specifically for cacti and succulents, enriched with perlite and pumice to ensure proper drainage and prevent root rot.
Toxicity: Crassula multicava is generally considered non-toxic to humans and domestic animals, making it safe for use in inhabited spaces.

When the order leaves our greenhouses, the carrier takes over your order. We are not responsible for the risks involved in transport. Please contact the transport company directly.
You must be present when your package is delivered, as we require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to send us an email prior to delivery to advise us of your absence. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please let us know when you place your order. However, you are solely responsible for any theft or damage due to bad weather.
Delivery price:
The prices are established according to the exact weight of the package, and not according to a pre-established charter. You can therefore be sure to pay the exact price of your order. We do business with several delivery companies, which allows us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.
Preparation of orders:
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you following the confirmation of your purchase. We ship everywhere in Canada only from Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid that our parcels stay at the post office on weekends. Local delivery is available from Monday to Saturday for the greater metropolitan area. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, along with the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a confirmation email. We do not give any delivery time due to the large quantity of orders to prepare.
Orders cancellation:
Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.
Combine your order with an existing one
We offer you the possibility to combine your purchases made on our online shop only if your order is not in preparation. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined.
Winter Expedition
During the winter months, insulation packaging + heating package are included in the transport costs. In case of extreme cold, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until suitable temperatures return.
Pickup in store:
In order to provide you with quality plants, we ask that you pick up your confirmed orders, ready for shop pick-up, within 4 days of your confirmation email.
Returns:
All our plants are final sales.
However, if you have received an order that is damaged, incorrect or has a phytosanitary problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@serreslavoie.com. Please Include a photo of the product, its packaging and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and let you know afterwards if we proceed with the replacement of the product or a credit note.
