Thai Gong Bao Pepper is a variety of hot pepper (50,000 to 100,000 on the Scoville scale). With its nutty flavor and intense heat, it is ideal for spicing up Thai and Asian dishes. Used fresh, cooked or dried. This pepper is a shrub and can produce up to 200 fruits per plant.
