Euphorbia fruticosa
Euphorbia fruticosa is a species of succulent plant belonging to the large and diverse Euphorbiaceae family. Known for its shrubby habit and densely leafy branches, this euphorbia is native to arid and semi-arid regions, where it has adapted to survive in harsh environments thanks to its ability to store water in its stems and leaves.
Origin: Although specific details on the origin of Euphorbia fruticosa may vary, euphorbias in general are widely distributed throughout the world, with a high concentration of species in the African and Madagascar regions. The unique adaptations of these plants enable them to thrive in a variety of habitats, often where few other plants can survive.
Growth: Euphorbia fruticosa has a shrub-like growth habit, with branches extending from a central base. Its green stems are covered with small leaves that may fall off in times of drought to conserve moisture, leaving the plant to rest on its internal water reserves.
Flowers: Like other members of the Euphorbia genus, Euphorbia fruticosa produces inflorescences called cyathes. These floral structures are often subtle and can be missed by those unfamiliar with the unique characteristics of Euphorbia flowers. Cyathes usually appear in spring or early summer.

When the order leaves our greenhouses, the carrier takes over your order. We are not responsible for the risks involved in transport. Please contact the transport company directly.
You must be present when your package is delivered, as we require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to send us an email prior to delivery to advise us of your absence. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please let us know when you place your order. However, you are solely responsible for any theft or damage due to bad weather.
Delivery price:
The prices are established according to the exact weight of the package, and not according to a pre-established charter. You can therefore be sure to pay the exact price of your order. We do business with several delivery companies, which allows us to offer you the best price and the fastest and most efficient carrier.
Preparation of orders:
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you following the confirmation of your purchase. We ship everywhere in Canada only from Monday to Wednesday in order to avoid that our parcels stay at the post office on weekends. Local delivery is available from Monday to Saturday for the greater metropolitan area. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order is processed and shipped, along with the expected delivery date. This number will allow you to know the status of your order in real time until its final destination. Please check your spam box if you do not receive a confirmation email. We do not give any delivery time due to the large quantity of orders to prepare.
Orders cancellation:
Do you want to cancel an order you have placed? We can only issue a refund if the order has not yet been prepared and/or shipped.
Combine your order with an existing one
We offer you the possibility to combine your purchases made on our online shop only if your order is not in preparation. Only orders to be shipped to the same address and name can be combined.
Winter Expedition
During the winter months, insulation packaging + heating package are included in the transport costs. In case of extreme cold, we reserve the right to suspend deliveries until suitable temperatures return.
Pickup in store:
In order to provide you with quality plants, we ask that you pick up your confirmed orders, ready for shop pick-up, within 4 days of your confirmation email.
Returns:
All our plants are final sales.
However, if you have received an order that is damaged, incorrect or has a phytosanitary problem, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@serreslavoie.com. Please Include a photo of the product, its packaging and your order number. We will evaluate the situation and let you know afterwards if we proceed with the replacement of the product or a credit note.
