Davallia canariensis: Davallia canariensis, often called rabbit's foot fern or hare's foot fern, is a species of epiphytic fern notable for its hairy rhizome and delicate, finely divided fronds. The rhizomes, which grow out of the ground and resemble small rabbit's feet, give this fern a unique and attractive appearance.

Origin: Native to the Canary Islands, this fern is also found in other regions such as North Africa and parts of Europe. It adapts well to indoor life in a variety of climates.
Growth: Moderate growth. Its finely cut green fronds can reach considerable length, creating an attractive cascade effect, especially when grown in hanging baskets.
Flowers: Like all ferns, it does not produce flowers. It reproduces by spores formed on the underside of the fronds.
Light: Prefers bright indirect light. Can tolerate less intense light, but too little light can hinder growth.
Watering: Requires regular watering, keeping the substrate evenly moist but not soggy. Good humidity is also beneficial for this fern.
Substrate: Use a well-drained mix for tropical plants.
Temperature: Prefer moderate temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Avoid extreme temperatures and cold draughts.
Toxicity: Non-toxic.
