Ferocactus

Ferocactus is a genus of the cactus family composed of over 30 species. It is native to the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. Globular in shape, this cactus can reach 4 meters in height and 1 meter in diameter in its natural environment.

Its growth is particularly slow and can produce flowers after several years only. It is important to provide good lighting to the Ferocactus since a lack of light will cause it to wilt.
