Agave pumila

Origin: Agave pumila is native to Mexico.

Watering: Moderate watering, leaving the soil surface to dry between waterings. Tolerates drought well.

Substrate: Well-drained soil, preferably a mixture of loam and sand.

 Flower: Agaves usually produce an impressive flowering spike before they die, as they are monocarpic plants, meaning they flower once in their life.

Temperature: Tolerates warm temperatures, but can also survive cooler temperatures if sheltered.
