Adenia

The genus Adenia is native to Madagascar, except for one species, Adenia constricta, native to South Africa.

Adenias are often grown as houseplants because they require very little care and can tolerate low light conditions. They thrive best when they receive bright light for at least six hours a day. If you can't provide them with enough light, they will need more frequent watering than if they were placed in a brighter area.

If the plant's leaves begin to fall off or turn brown, it may be time to reduce watering or move it to a brighter location.
