Xerosicyos is a genus of flowering plants in the Cucurbitaceae family. The three species of this plant are native to Madagascar and appear in the form of large lianas with thick stems and round leaves.
These plants require high light and thrive in a sunny window, with a few hours of morning sun and indirect light the rest of the day. There is no need to water them frequently and overwatering is the most common problem in their care. It is recommended to allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings.
